How Drop-Off Catering Works
- Tell us your event date, guest count, delivery location, and event type.
- Choose your smoked meats, Southern sides, sauces, and specialties.
- A 50% deposit reserves your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
- We deliver your order ready for your gathering.
Cancellation: Full refund for cancellations made more than 7 days before the event. Final terms are confirmed in your catering agreement.
