Our seasonings may be blended fresh to order and produced in small batches. Product availability, packaging, net weight, pricing, and production times may change from time to time.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products and to limit quantities when necessary.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that order, except in the event of an obvious pricing or website error.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, delivery charges, and other fees will be displayed during checkout when applicable.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an online product order is processed.
3. Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order through our website does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.
Chris & Ana’s Smokehouse reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order because of product availability, incorrect pricing, payment problems, suspected fraud, errors in product information, or other reasonable business circumstances.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded.
4. Seasoning Products and Food Information
Our seasoning blends are produced using the ingredients identified for each product.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients and determining whether a product is appropriate for their individual dietary needs.
Products identified as “No Salt Added” are formulated without intentionally added salt. “No Salt Added” should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a product is sodium-free.
Ingredient suppliers, formulations, or product specifications may change. Current product labeling should be reviewed before use.
5. Food Allergies and Sensitivities
Customers with food allergies, intolerances, sensitivities, or other dietary concerns should carefully review product information before purchasing or consuming our products.
Although reasonable care is taken during preparation and packaging, products may be prepared or packaged in an environment where other ingredients or allergens may be present.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Local Pickup
Shipping, delivery, and local pickup options, when available, will be presented during checkout or communicated when an order is placed.
Estimated preparation, shipping, and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and shipping information. Chris & Ana’s Smokehouse is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Any shipping or delivery of food products will be offered only where permitted by applicable law.
7. Refunds, Returns, and Damaged Orders
Because many of our products are food products, returns may be restricted for food-safety reasons.
Refunds, replacements, damaged shipments, incorrect orders, and other return-related matters are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.
Customers should contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise has a problem so that we can review the situation.
8. Catering Services
Catering inquiries submitted through this website are requests for information or quotations and do not constitute a confirmed catering reservation.
Catering services may be subject to a separate proposal, invoice, catering agreement, deposit requirement, payment schedule, cancellation policy, and other event-specific terms.
Where a separate written catering agreement exists, the terms of that agreement will control matters specifically addressed by that agreement.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, pricing, availability, and other information.
However, occasional errors may occur. Product photographs are for general representation, and actual products, packaging, labels, colors, or appearance may vary.
